This feature provides your customers who are making payments over your Datatel IVR payment line with the additional option of an instant, written payment confirmation in the form of an SMS delivered to their mobile phone.
How It Works
- After your customer makes a payment over your Datatel IVR payment line, he/she is provided a verbal confirmation of payment which they are encouraged to write down.
- Following the initial confirmation, your customer will then be prompted to answer, “Would you like a receipt sent to your mobile phone?”
- If your customer confirms YES, your IVR payment application will prompt them to enter their mobile phone number to instantly deliver the Mobile Receipt.
- The Mobile Receipt will contain key information such as your company name, amount paid, invoice number, confirmation ID and telephone number of your customer service team
